Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size choice, or dissatisfaction with the design once the order has been finalized.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your magnets arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide photos of the damaged product and the packaging. We will gladly offer a replacement or full refund once the issue is verified.

3. Order Errors

Please review your order details carefully before submitting. If we make a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong photos printed or incorrect quantity), notify us within 7 days after delivery. We will correct the error at no additional cost.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ship all orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
